1. We will order you a DPD courier.
2. You must prepare the parcel for delivery by packing thoroughly, preferably in a waterproof bag or box.
3. The courier will contact you and agree on the time of collecting the parcel.
4. The courier will collect the parcel from the address you specified.

If the product is damaged or defective, we bear full responsibility. All goods have a 2-year warranty.

The warranty on all goods is valid for 2 years from the purchase of the product, provided that you have the purchase receipt/bank payment confirmation document.

• exchange of goods for the same or equivalent goods
If the product has been used for 6-24 months, you have the opportunity to request:
• partial return of money, taking into account the depreciation of the product
• repair of the product
• exchange of goods for another product, taking into account depreciation
The warranty does not work in the following cases:
• if you don't have the receipt of the goods (a document confirming the payment of the bank);
• if individual parts of the product are lost (fittings, zipper, belt, etc.);
• if the defect is caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it is intended;
• if the defect is the result of chemicals or mechanical effects;
• if the defect is the result of force majeure or an accident;
• if the product has been repaired.
