The payment is returned within 5 working days when we receive the returned goods.
We will inform you by SMS or E-mail that we have received the returned product.
Payment will be returned to the same account from which the transfer was made.
Yes, of course. It is possible to exchange the ordered goods for others.
If the size doesn't fit:
If size of the product does not fit, we offer to change the size.

2. Once we have agreed on the required size, we will send the Omniva parcel machine return code (SMS).
3. You will have to return the item with the completed "Return Deed" you can find in the order.
4. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will send out the correct size and inform you by sending an SMS or E-mail.
Didn't like the item you ordered and want to swap for another:
We are sorry to hear that the product isn't really what you want, but do not worry, because we will be happy to exchange this item for another one!
We offer the opportunity to exchange the product for a cheaper / equivalent product.
